When you pay too little you sometimes lose everything because the thing you bought was incapable of doing the things it was bought to do. The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot – it can’t be done. If you deal with the lowest bidder it is well to add something for the risk you run. And if you do that, you will have enough to pay for something better. There is hardly anything in the work that some man cannot make a little worse and sell for a little cheaper, and the people who consider price only, are this man’s lawful prey.

From inception to turnover, we vow to keep you informed in a timely fashion and strive to teach lasting advice about caring for your home in the future. If there are any issues on site, we will let you know what’s going on promptly, with details on how the issue with be resolved. We are more than happy to answer questions and make ourselves available to you.

We build with trust, so you know that all of our renovations are protected by a 2-year warranty and through Tarion, new homes are covered for up to 7 years. Even after your warranty is up, we will continue to support you in the future years of living in your home. Our diverse staff has a vast knowledge base including environmental, architectural, construction project management, construction estimating, interior design, building science and years of experience. All of our site staff are trained in first aid, working at heights, WHMIS, and propane usage.We ensure to keep up to date on all the latest industry trends and knowledge.Â
