Walking you through our 5- Step process
We pride ourselves on our dedication to being an award-winning builder. We strive to ensure all homeowners experience a positive and impactful journey when they build their custom home with RND. We make it a priority to establish long-lasting relationships with our homeowners and our clients are happy to offer references on their custom builds.
Our first meeting together starts with understanding your vision for your home. We discuss your desired style, size, budget, and level of energy efficiency.
Next, we connect you with an architect/designer whom we feel will best meets your needs. Alternatively, we can work with someone you have already chosen.
Moving forward, we assemble the rest of the project team and kick start the highly collaborative process. Together, we set goals, establish a budget, create a schedule, and begin the early selection of finishes.
Throughout the entire process, we vow to keep you involved and up to date. Following safety protocols, we do a framing walkthrough together and a rough walkthrough to review electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and any other special features.
When your beautiful home is complete, we meet with you again for a walkthrough demonstration of all the systems in your home. A month later, we have another walkthrough to discuss any further questions you may have related to your HVAC and other systems.
